Manage your subscription
Eye Care offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. To view, change, or cancel a subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Eye Care to change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. For full subscription terms and pricing, see our Terms of Use.
To move a subscription you already purchased to a new device, open Eye Care and use Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We are not able to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Frequently asked questions
The app isn't sending reminders.
Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings › Notifications › Eye Care, and that Focus / Do Not Disturb is not silencing them. Re-opening the app after enabling notifications refreshes your schedule.
My exercises or progress didn't sync to another device.
Confirm you're signed in with the same Apple ID on each device and that iCloud is enabled. Then open Eye Care and use Restore Purchases if premium features are missing.
I was charged but don't see my subscription.
Check Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions to confirm the plan is active, then tap Restore Purchases inside the app. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date and amount of the charge.
Is Eye Care medical advice?
No. Eye Care is a wellness app intended to support healthy screen habits. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
How do I delete my data?
Eye Care stores your activity to power reminders and progress. To request deletion of any associated data, email yodagamaheshan@gmail.com from the address linked to your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
