Terms of Use & EULA

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Eye Care app ("Eye Care", the "App"), provided by Apple code craft ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Eye Care offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following subscription options are available:

• Eye Care Premium — Monthly 1 month · US$0.99 per month (price per month: US$0.99)
• Eye Care Premium — Yearly 1 year · US$9.99 per year (price per month: about US$0.83)

Prices are shown in US dollars. Actual prices are displayed in your local currency inside the App before purchase and may vary by region and over time. Apple determines the exact local price.

How auto-renewal works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes that content.

Managing or canceling

To manage or cancel, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, select Eye Care, and adjust or cancel the plan. Step-by-step help is available on our Support page. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

5. Health Disclaimer

Eye Care is a wellness and lifestyle app designed to support healthy screen habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises, tips, and reminders are for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified eye-care professional or physician regarding any concerns about your vision or health. Stop any activity that causes discomfort.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date and become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Apple Standard EULA

Except as otherwise stated above, the App is also licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read it here: Apple Standard Licensed Application EULA. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict regarding the licensing of the App, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
